Frequently asked questions

Everything to know before connecting an exchange and deploying a first bot.

How do I create a trading bot?
Connect your exchange with read and trade API permissions, choose DCA or Signal logic, set your pair and risk parameters, then review and deploy. Freya is designed to keep the workflow guided without requiring code.
What exchanges are supported?
Binance, Bybit, and OKX are active. BingX, MEXC, Gate.io, HTX, and Coinbase are positioned as upcoming integrations so each connection can be tested carefully before rollout.
How does the pricing model work?
There are two layers: a feature tier for limits, and a 20% commission on each profitable trade. The commission is hard-capped at $40 per month in total, and trades that don't close in profit owe nothing.
Is my money safe?
Your funds stay on your exchange. Freya uses API keys with trade permissions only and rejects withdrawal access. You can revoke keys from the exchange side whenever you need to.
What does Freya AI do?
Freya AI is a setup assistant, not the decision maker. It helps you configure bots, understand your options, and analyze strategies, while you stay in control of every call. The heart of Freya is bot creation, backtesting, the marketplace, and risk controls.
How does the referral program work?
Users can share a referral link and earn 20% of the platform commission Freya collects from the traders they refer.
Is Freya connected to the exchanges it trades on?
Freya is a registered Bybit broker, which is why Bybit can create your API key itself and bind it to Freya's servers. On Binance and OKX you create the key yourself. In every case the key allows reading and trading only, never withdrawals.
